To our valued patients:

In consultation with our medical staff, and in an effort to flatten the curve, the ownership group at Paradigm Health has made the appropriate decision to suspend all in-person appointments effective March 18 until April 3 2020.

We will monitor the situation daily and continue to make decisions as updates become available. In our profession, we talk about being proactive instead of reactive, and hope to be a good example of this behavior.

Our doctors are still available for phone consultations and we will make arrangements to enable refilling of supplements.

We will continue to answer phone calls and respond to email messages. Please reach out if you have any questions!

The Naturopathic Doctors at Paradigm Health Group promote whole person wellness. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, the doctors at Paradigm delve deeper to find the underlying cause(s) and effective treatments.

Treatment programs are designed to meet individual needs and emphasize disease prevention, health promotion and self-care.
We believe in an integrative approach to health and wellness, and the importance of collaboration with other health care providers.

Our Principles

The Healing Power of Nature (Vis Medicatrix Naturae)

Naturopathic medicine recognizes an inherent self-healing process in people that is ordered and intelligent. Naturopathic physicians act to identify and remove obstacles to healing and recovery, and to facilitate and augment this inherent self-healing process.

Identify and Treat the Causes (Tolle Causam)

Naturopathic Doctors seek to identify and remove the underlying causes of illness rather than to merely eliminate or suppress symptoms.

First Do No Harm (Primum Non Nocere)

Naturopathic Doctors utilize methods and medicinal substances which minimize the risk of harmful side effects, using the least force necessary to diagnose and treat; avoid when possible the harmful suppression of symptoms; and acknowledge, respect, and work with individuals’ self-healing process.

Doctor as Teacher (Docere)

Naturopathic Doctors educate their patients and encourage self-responsibility for health. They also recognize and employ the therapeutic potential of the doctor-patient relationship.

Treat the Whole Person

Naturopathic Doctors treat each patient by taking into account individual physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, social, and spiritual factors.

Naturopathic physicians emphasize the prevention of disease by assessing risk factors, heredity and susceptibility to disease, and by making appropriate interventions in partnership with their patients to prevent illness and promote health.
